ApaEx Express Limited provides a range of logistics services including, but not limited to:

  • Sea / Air Freight
  • Supply Chain Management

  • Customs Brokerage
  • Cargo Insurance
  • Project Cargo Handling
  • Logistics Consultancy

Specific details, pricing, and durations for services like Consolidation (Port to port), Port to doorstep, and Express Shipment are provided at the point of inquiry or booking. Prices generally cover export charges, documentation, and packaging, with discounts for bulk shipments (e.g., 5% discount for each 100kg).

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment and will not be accepted by ApaEx Express Limited:

  • All kinds of contrabands
  • Liquid items (unless specifically approved and packaged according to international regulations)
  • Frozen fish
  • Meat
  • Beans
  • Pomo
  • Cigarettes
  • Food items with Chicken, beef or goat flavour

Shipment of any prohibited items may result in confiscation, legal penalties, and additional charges, for which ApaEx Express Limited will not be held responsible.

4. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing for services is transparent and communicated clearly. While our prices generally cover all export charges, documentation, and packaging, please note the following:

  • Consolidation (Port to port): Clearing charges will apply in the destination country.
  • Bulk Discount: Each 100kg attracts a 5% discount on total charges.
  • We strive for no extra or hidden charges, but unforeseen customs duties, taxes, or regulatory fees at the destination are the responsibility of the receiver.

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of service confirmation. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

While ApaEx Express Limited takes utmost care in handling your shipments, our liability for loss or damage is limited as per international conventions and our standard terms of business. We strongly recommend opting for comprehensive cargo insurance to protect your valuable goods.

Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within a specified period from the date of delivery or expected delivery, accompanied by all necessary documentation.

6. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments and inquiries.
  • Ensure that all goods are properly packaged and labeled.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the shipment of goods.
  • Not attempt to ship any prohibited items.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

ApaEx Express Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
